The first time I “published” this, or part of its lyrics, was in my masters degree dissertation. The last part (the one I used) means something like this…

If I were a composer
I would compose in your honour
A triumphant hymn

If I were an art critic
I would have to declare you
A worldwide masterpiece

But I’m just a vulgar man.
Who had the good fortune to savour
Your uncertain step
And paradise in your eyes.
