[016.19] supporting the transition into the community of care leavers with complex needs

I was present today (my appreciation for the invitation), in the International Knowledge Exchange Symposium on Leaving Care, organised by Anglia Ruskin University, where I had the opportunity to present some of the work we are doing at FEVACA and exchange some ideas with colleagues from Bulgaria, Moldova and Romania.

Besides talking about current views, and our practice at FEVACA, also had the opportunity to leave some topics for debate around young people/adults, leaving care in the UK. These main topics are the ones below, but you can also see the full presentation here.
