Spending by English councils on children’s services has dropped by at least 9% since 2010, over a period when numbers of children “in need” rose by 5% and thousands more youngsters were taken into care or made subject to a child protection plan [The Guardian].
Have just seen 2016 Woddy Allen’s “Café Society”. The complex simplicity of his movies is something that I really like.
Back to the 80’s… the beginning of the 80’s… Did I ever say it is my favourite decade (in what music is related)?
Well… it seems like while I was in holidays, there were several updates in important documentation for social workers in the UK.
Will have to catch up with it, after catching up and go through the 250+ emails that I had in my inbox when I arrived back last Monday, but it is for future memory and reading 🙂
